Services:  Comprehensive full property management and asset management services are provided to institutions, corporations, investors, or individual clients for the following types of properties:

  • Multi-family Properties – Complete residential management services including development consultation, supervision of renovation and major projects, marketing plans, leasing, and rental surveys. 
  • Condominium and Community Associations - Consultation services, review operating expenditures and budgets, and supervision of renovation and major projects.
  • Mixed-Use Commercial Properties – Customized or complete management services, and leasing consultation. Specializing in manufactured housing communities.
