Inspections

Inspections with a written report will be performed regularly. We can also provide a complete digital photographic record of the property for each interior/exterior inspection (at an additional cost).

We conduct general interior/exterior inspections when we take over management, when tenants move in/out, when roommates move in/out, and we can also inspect the property approximately every six months (or yearly) after each new tenant moves in (to gauge tenant's property maintenance).

All inspections are standard to our service and are provided at no additional cost to you.
